• Love getting leads from Open Houses? You don’t have to be shy about asking to host an open house - we expect you to be hosting our open houses!

• Do you prefer Zillow Leads? We are a Zillow Flex team and receive over 120 monthly live connections. And we want to grow!

• Leases pay dividends! We receive countless requests for Tenant Representation per week and we need Agents to help! Tenants today are Buyers tomorrow. And many of these requests start at $5,000/month and higher.

• We completely overhauled our website in 2022, and it paid off! 20,000+ visitors per month to our website, where Pardee Agent details are prominently displayed.

• Follow Up Boss for CRM - something we share with 31 of the other top 50 teams in the U.S.

• Slack for internal and office-wide messaging

Team Mindset and Accountability

• We have our Team Meetings every Monday at 1pm - both in-person and via Zoom.

• We encourage our Agents to work out of our Venice office on Abbot Kinney. All of our Agents love to help each other out - everyone knows each other!

• Weekly Contract Training Wednesdays at 12pm!

• Need any help? Our Sales Director and Compliance Manager are available to speak!

• Bi-weekly or weekly meetings with Sales Director to keep you on track with your leads, clients, escrows, and listings.

Mentorship Program

• Agents new to Pardee must complete a Mentorship program.

• Mentors are Senior Agents at Pardee with a proven track record and have been with Pardee for over five years.

• Weekly meetings with Mentors are required. You are expected to involve them not just when you need help, but also to learn how to win business, keep yourself on track, and how to manage your business and your life.

• Even though you have previous real estate experience, the Mentorship Program aims to teach you the Pardee Way.
